- Multi let industrial investments throughout Scotland. Minimum lot size £2m. Larger lots and portfolios welcome.
- Office buildings with asset management angles throughout Scotland. Two client requirements, one for sub £1.5 million and the other for £10 million +
- 8-10% yield investments in main Scottish cities. All asset classes considered. Lot size approximately £3million to £15 million. Larger portfolios considered.
Occupier
- Restaurant premises in busy location in Aberdeen. Approximately 300 sq m. Purchase only.
- Small workshop 300-500 sq m plus yard of 1,000 to 2,000 sq m. Prefer south side of Aberdeen but all areas considered. Lease or purchase.
- Industrial unit of approximately 1,500 sq m in Inverness. Must be main road location. Purchase only.
- City centre hotel. 100+ bedrooms Edinburgh Aberdeen or Glasgow. Prefer going concern but development options considered.
